With increased strength you will function better in every day life. Besides that, strong muscles and joints can prevent diseases and injuries. Additionally, strength training gives you energy and increases well-being, puts you in a better mood and improves your self-esteem. Muscles, bones, heart and lungs strengthen as well.

 

Bodyweight exercises do not require external weights, since your bodyweight provides the resistance for the movements. These types of exercises are functional, gentle and safe for beginners. In our outdoor gym stations you can strenghten all your major muscle groups. Push ups, pull ups, sit ups, back extensions and squats are examples of exercises you can do.
