Balance training is important for everyone

 

Have fun and improve your balance!

 

Good balance makes your everyday life easier; it will prevent tumbles as well as injuries that occur for example in sports. Balance has an important role in almost all kind of movements and activities we do every day.

 

Everyone, no matter age and physical shape, can use our exercise stations. You can start with easy exercises and make it more difficult after a while. For example, if you close your eyes and balance on the edge of the plank, the exercise is more challenging.
